Thoughts

Kerr is a big man with some rare athleticism that will entice NFL teams in need of quality depth up front. Kerr has the size, quickness and power to excel in a 3-4 as both a nose tackle or 5-technique end. He has plenty of upside with some raw abilities that can be honed through quality, NFL-level coaching. Kerr’s intangibles are what will mainly endear him to scouts. He has work ethic, discipline and charismatic leadership that are all top-notch. I project Kerr as a mid to late-round pick who can contribute to a defense right away as a rotational tackle or end.
